Hmmmmm, I would say 30 minutes of jump rope(moderate, not slow, but moderate to fast-ish, lol) is a good cardio session/workout. It should leave you tired and sweaty as hell. Oh! Also, if you don't eat often your metabolism slows down, if you eat every three hours you get your body to work and then when you don't eat it will still work because of habit. So see, it's not cheating, it's using your body hacks to the full potential😏.
Gligor it took me a while to respond all these comments on the thread. Truthfully it's hard from fat to shredded as you see
the majority are transformation from an ecto to hero(not saying it's not hard), so trust me the process is easy but you have a road full of cardio waiting for you. I am coming to the same level as you're in now, so don't worry you're not alone, as my advice from a fat person to lose weight I never count my calories never care what I ate just make sure it's not alot or not less, just did alot of fast running then jumped the rope in the middle between each 2 mins or so I always jumped 50, so I ended with around 400 rope jumps and 20-30 mins run all included that's it. It's a personal experience but I am not done yet still at 15% no abs showing need to go to 13% and stay there I guess or less for more definition. Eat during school m8. Run and eat. Good luck.
That is definitely a great answer. Good to see that I'm not alone on this forum haha. I have already lost 15kg and looking to lose my last 5to7 kg. This was a simple but very good answer
And I would agree that it is harder to go from fat to muscular
I disagree, I think what you mean is it's harder to go from fat to shredded. It's easier for mesos and endos to gain muscle. But yeah, I understood what you meant.
Yeah that's what I mean Daniel.. Of course, endos are already muscular, yeah I meant lean/shredded haha. Did my first frogstand to handstand press :O
