hello everyone, the pull up is a topic that I had asked about many times before, but still my pull ups are not as I like them to be.
I'm training with calisthenics for the last 4 month and I am having allot of gains in the front side of my body, but my back side is not that good, I have a winged scapula (really grouse and really makes me look bad) and I can only do 4 pull ups on a good day, I could do that same amount of pull ups 3.5 months ago. I believe that the reason that I'm not progressing is that my form is bad and my pull ups look like shit (take a look: https://vid.me/tY3H). so what I'm trying to say is that I could really use your guys help, any tips/ videos/ pictures or anything else that you think could help, then please share it. bye the way, I don't see allot of results with the Australian pull ups as well so any tips about that will be great as well (if you want me to send a video of my apu, just say so in the comments). and I have tried assisted pull ups, negative pull ups, but I don't think that what I need is another progression, I need you guys to help me understand the right way to do a pull up. thank you allot guys, and if I could really do a good pull up next month, I would be the happiest I've ever been (: (: (: !!! salute!
