Just want to apologize for my inactiveness in the forum the last days. I've been on christmas vacation but now it's back to work!
Also want to let you know that I'm planning to release a series called "10 days" where I show what I eat in 10 different days. I will post the 10 days of pre workout meals on YouTube & then 10 days of breakfast, dinner, post workout meals etc. here on my website. Hope you guys like the idea!

I'm trying to watch every single video before I start working out
so I know what I have to eat and how much I have to eat and know how to do the levels which idk yet bcs its confusing
