You acknowledge and agree that spam and advertising from customers at this forum will result in exclusion from getting access to this site.

Abuse will result in immediate closure of your access to this site. None of the videos may be downloaded (Except for offline synchronizing in the VHX app), copied, reproduced, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading and/or printing of workout programs/diet plans of the website for individual use only.
6 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We do not allow returns or cancellations after payment.

This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.
I acknowledge that Calisthenics Unity recommends that I consult a licensed health practitioner before doing any of the exercises or eating anything described in any of the content we provide. I fully agree that Calisthenics Unity is released for all claims of personal injury, property damage or even death, that may result from my participation in the physical activities described in the workout program and videos of Calisthenics Unity. I voluntarily and at my own risk agree to this Waiver and Assumption of Risk as sole consideration for being permitted to use the information and content from products and services. I acknowledge and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with the activities described. I fully acknowledge that all dangers associated with the exercises described, is on my own risk. I certify that I am of legal age and competent to execute this Waiver and Assumption of Risk and that I am doing so of my own free will.
8 INDEMNITY
Calisthenics Unity reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of this site after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
