If there's a walmart around, look in the aisles for a loadable visa gift card (there is a 5.95 fee for the card itself), load it with $80 (if you want a year subscription to plus membership); then register it online and use it, then cancel yearly subscription after you purchase it (so you don't have to worry about being charged again)! Or propose to your parents about getting a debit card(which can also be used online).

Should be in the checkout aisles as a visa prepaid gift card and in one of the corners it usually says $20-$500. This is the amount range you can load on it
