Just as the title
it depends how much strength you need for the skill you train. handstand can easily be done after, but things like muscle ups i would do before.
Yeah, chris already made a clear answer however i also want to add my opinion. Before rcolerta! I practise handstand, l-sit progressions and human flag progressions before the workout. After the workout it would be a desaster because i would not have the required strength. When you give everything your workout, for 2 hours, your body just can not do any further skills (my opinion). For example after a good push workout i could not do again for example my first set of dips. how should i train muscle up, back lever, front lever etc after beeing tired, no way.
Buuut talking about skills, which skills do you want to achieve?
I for example include my skills directly in my workout, the back lever progression as one of 4 exercises at my pull day.
well i divided my workout with a push, pull, legs split and im doing handstand, planche, elbow lever progressions on pushing days, handstand, front lever, back lever on pulling days and handstand, human flag and V sit on legs days
