You speak about intermediate fasting. it is a method gaining muscle mass and losing fat at the same time. i think it requires a lot of willpover and i personally did not dealt with, just read some articles about it and know somehow hows it going but gligor and daniel can give you more detailed information about this. or you also can google it or watch some youtube videos about it :-)
you can exercise whenever you want to do, you have to find out what is the best time for you. some people love working out in the morning, others in the evening. i personally enjoy working out directly after taking my nap after the school:-D
but nevertheless my friend, i think you priority should be making working out to your habit. I linked you a workout in another thread and i am looking forward to hear from you :-)
