If on leg day there is no calf raises can I add them? Can I add things if I need them? Is this the exact program you used to get so ripped?
If your calves are lacking, sure you can add them. Don't see why it would hurt to do additional excercises. And like Christian says, we're all different therefore it's up to each individual how many sets, reps and so on you can do. :)
The thing is that in calisthenics you often work a lot of other muscles than the ones you're focusing on. Like if i focus on chest i sure hit triceps and shoulders a lot also. Same with legs. When i want you to use your energy on focusing on quads you will also have your calves trained in some way. You don't need to focus on calves every workout to make a great progress, many people only trains a muscle group 1 time a week (when people do split workouts) so with this program you're already doing a lot better than that (y) But yeah you can do it, whatever you feel is best!
