I think this is the video :-)
its called bulletproof coffee. it was my everyday breakfast during my low carb diet. gives you a lot of energy without any carbs. its not what i would call healthy and it takes some time for a body to get used to it. the chance you have to puke the first time you try it, is pretty high :D
Manuel is right! I would follow bulletproof coffee. Lots of people swear by it. You can check out the website at:
If you're interested in stuff like this then I would definitely look up the term "biohacking". I read various articles/listen to podcasts on health, quantified self, etc. If you really like science and enjoy learning about how your body works and why it does what it does, you should definitely check it out!
Take everything you read, see, or hear with a skeptic's viewpoint and make sure you do your research before you try anything, but I honestly think people who really want to improve their health will like it.
Btw if anyone wants some good resources I've found on this kind of stuff feel free to reach out. :)
thats how i made mine:
1. double espresso or very strong coffee
2. add coconut fat (solid) - you could also use butter, but i prefer coconut fat
3. put it in fridge to cool down 2-3 minutes - the fat will melt anyway
4. add 2 spoons of mct-oil (ask google for shops to buy) - this should not be added when the coffee is too hot
5. mix and drink
this will really kick in hard if you are not used to it! if you get hungry too soon, add more coconut fat next time. its very important not to eat or drink any sugar/carbs during that time. otherwise it will loose its whole effect.
