Hello guys ! Is the 8-pack a genetic thing or it can be achieved by hard work ? I already have a 6 pack but I've seen the 1 month progress photo of Chris and he had a 6-pack back then but now he has a good 8-pack, is it possible for everyone? .. And also how much time should I spend working on my abs at home beacuse I've heard people saying that they work only 10 minutes a day (I'm an ectomorph).

yea if you work hard thats why they say hard work pays off. I think the workout program that you bought from chris will get you an 8 pack bcs he gave us what he did to get stronger.

Not necessarily, 4 pack, 6 pack, and 8 pack is a genetic thing. Most people genetically only have a 6 pack. Others just a 4 pack. Even if they work very hard, a 4 pack might be the only possible abs that one can have. Eight packs are most common with ectomorphs, but can also be found in mesomorphs as well. I don't know of any endo that has an 8 pack. I don't even think it's possible(at least genetically natural). You'll probably develop a very good six pack and have a shot of obtaining an 8 pack as well. But note something, Genetics Is Key!

Yes it's completely genetic, but those who "only" have 4 still look good, looks like you already have good an developement, I'd recommend doing ab stretches on your rest days to improve tone, I started doing that after I inadvertently started overtraining my abs and the gains are slowly coming back
