Hi Christian! I just bought the workplan program and am starting on level 6. I could do all the exercises on level 6 except for negative muscle up.
Following your video tutorial, I started at the top position. When I came down, I was unable to slowly lower myself using a steady speed. Instead, I dropped down fast. I guess I am really weak.
Do you have any tips for someone like me trying to learn a muscle up? Will I be able to improve my negatives by constantly trying to do negative muscle ups? Thanks!
