Whenever I workout I always do one exercise first and then move to the next exercise, my question is that am I doing this correctly? I've heard that most people do 1 set of one exercise then go do another exercise and then another and repeat everything until they're done with that muscle group. I'm also wondering how you guys workout do you do it like me or the other way?
I do it differently, instead of doing cycles(like you) based on muscle groups, I only do one exercise until I finish the sets and reps required to complete that exercise and then I go to the next exercise for the same muscle group until I finish the sets and reps again and do the same thing for every exercise until I complete that muscle group. I think this is the way Chris's does it as well. Both are fine I think, but I prefer the one that I do.
