i think that depends on the person :-) not all humans are the same and progress different.
and lets face your question about the push up variations. i think you can not answer that one exercise is easier/harder than the other. a tucked planche push ups stresses your muscles in another way as the one arm push up would do. a person who trains a lot of planche leans, tucked planche (a person who has the needed body control, hollow hold, and shoulder strength) would find it easiert to do a tucked planche push up while another person who only trains on maximum strength, focus one arm exercises would find it easiert to do the one arm push up. you can not answer this question without focusing on the progressions done before :-)
what is about you? what is harder for you?
i would say the one arm assisted pull up is easier as the typewriter pull up, but just because the motion is easier and the exercise works more isolated on the biceps :-)
