I can't do a regular pull up but i can do 15 push ups, 5 dips, 6 clapping push ups but im very bad at pull ups and I know that it's an very important exercise in calisthenics so my question is should i buy the workout program if i can't do a pull up? Does the program have lvls to progress on pull ups?
The answer is yes
For lv1, you should be a able to do australian pull ups (with bent knees is ok) and pull up negatives
