Im in level 3 and I cant complete the push section. First of all I can only do 2 dips so the rest i do negatives and on the way up i slighlty push myself, then at regular push ups after all the previous wo i cannot reach 10 reps so i do 7 maybe 8 barely reaching 3 sets and in max i can only do 5 the the killer 7s up 7s down after fatiguing my muscles so bad i can only do 2 of those. What can I do to improve?? Ive tried lvl 4 and completed it but i would say it was shit cause i took to many breaks.
I recommend you going back to level 2 and hit it again and then do level 3 again and alternate between both until you developed enough strength. i feel u gabriel, the 7s ups 7 down are one of the hardest exercises i can think of. do not lose the hope, it is completely natural. give the former levels a second try and i am sure next week will look different. progress is not linear, it is completely natural that you maybe stuck with reaching level 4 but maybe in a month you are going to hit level after level :)
