So my body type is skinny fat. My arms and legs are really skinny and have little to no muscle. my stomach is lean/skinny. However I have man boobs. What diet should I use?

It depends on how much fat you have, if it's not so much you should start with a lean bulk (so you don't gain fat) and then cut, maybe you just have little-to-no muscle so the fat shows instead of the muscle. Well, just check the article/link it explains a lot better. :)

Good answer by Joker and Gligor! I do reccomend you bulk first. But clean bulk. By bulking muscle, in this case chest, your fat will slowly start to decrease and will start to gain the proper shape of the muscle. But only if you bulk clean. Otherwise it probably will worsen you situation. I reccomend you watch Athlean x videos about bulking on YouTube. They are very good! Good luck!
Eat somewhere in the middle, enough to stimulate muscle growth but create that fat burning effect
I was a little bit skinny fat a few month ago,with abou 13% body fat, now i am 10,6% of body fat. I want to have only about 7 or 8%.
