I love your workout plan. I do have a suggestion. I find myself going back and forth to the website to search for the video for a particular Level. It would really make it much easier if you create a play list for each Level with all the videos used at that Level (eg. videos for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 etc.). Another alternative would be to include a deep link to the videos directly in the Full Body Workout Program.pdf. Here is an example of how you could do it for "Pull up negatives" in Level 1:
