the column of rest time consider the rest we need to apply between each set or after each exercices ?
and for the column of Reps/time when we have for example 20-60 for the Crunches exercices, we can choose between 20 and 60 reps that right isn't it ?

2: Yes. It's because I don't like when training programs tells you to do a specific number. Maybe you could perform better than that, or maybe its too hard. You must choose the reps yourself, otherwise you won't learn to listen to your own body. I also mention that in the video.. (y)
