Hey Chris, I'm wondering how much protein you eat in a day on average. I weigh about 110 pounds (about 50 kg), and I would also like to know how much protein I should be eating.
BTW Thanks for the program and inspiration you give!

A basic rule is, get the double of your body weight in protein, for you at this moment, that would be 100 g of protein pr. day.
Alright thank you.

Yeah I did. He just didn't specify how much protein or how many calories we should be eating. Is it really THAT important. I mean, I know you need the right nutrition if you want to make progress, but does it make all the difference? I've never been worried about it until recently.
Jack, as I said, you need the double of your bodyweight and yes, it is THAT important, but you need more than that, you can't get big on just protein, you need the right amount of calories, energi, healthy fat and more, but protein is what helps your build up that muscle, but again, it can not do it alone.
Okay. Thanks. Sorry for asking twice XD
Yeah Jack, if you're an ectomorph, eating 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight really does the trick. Remember to eat eggs, fish(especially tuna), steak, ham(turkey is better than pork), and chicken. Don't forget your carbs though! Whole grain breads and pasta, beans, corn, oats, brown rice, and fruits(bananas, oranges, kiwi, apples, and tomatoes). That should be enough to keep you stuffed----- wait!!! Also remember to drink 3 liters of water a day and to eat Greek yogurt(high protein) before going to sleep. Eat healthy, work hard, and results will come. Let's go!!!!
