I was just wondering if there are any women/girls training by the program and how fast they progress? My wife wants to start training again after birth and would like to try calisthenics. So i modified Chris' program to have more sub-levels at the start. This way she can improve levels with smaller steps, than in the original program. This seems a lot more motivating to me, when starting out :)
of course this modification wouldn't make sense in general. Otherwise the program would have 100 instead of 30 levels :D
