Hey guys, i'm new to this forum and just have some questions !
What is the best, the splits or the full body ?? Right now I workout like 4-5 times a week and i make :
Monday upper body
Thursday legs
Wednesday: upper
tuesday: legs or rest ( cause i have some knee problem cause i'm 15 and i'm grothwing)
Friday: all the body
What do you think of it ? And what do you recommended me ?

Why do you train full body on friday and split up the other days? Because you have more time?
i think your plan is fine, because you work out every muscle region 3 times per week :-)
Do you work with christians programm?
in fact, I just buy the plus membership yesterday, and i thought that when you buy it you get acess to the programm because that was the main factor I buy it but i don't know they said i need to pay another 49 dollars. Is that normal man ?

Wait what? You should get access to the Nutrition Guide, the Workout Program and the Exclusive Videos if you buy the plus membership, that must be bugged out or something, ask the support.
Yes your plan is good, there's nothing better, each have benefits but mainly splits are done for time efficiency and by preference.

u need to find the file download site. i had the same problem and i was like did i just get scammed? xD
but is all good just fint the program and u should be able to see a download bar under the video or picture
