How long should each workout take? I'm just looking for a general time because I spent an hour and a half on one level and that seems too long. Thanks and sorry for adding a new thread after I just added one!
The reason it's so long is because the rest time is anywhere from 40 seconds to 2 minutes between just a couple of pull ups. I dont see a reason for doing such a long rest time when on such a low level, it would make more sence if you were on the advanced level. But if you follow Christians system, every workout should take between 1.5 and 2 hours. If I were you I would take all the rest time thats above 60 seconds and make it 60 seconds, so that insted of a 2 minute rest time you will one do a 1 minute rest time which should be good enough.
