So Chris, how many skills do you suggest to focus on? im doing the program but doing a split in push/ pull/ legs...
ive been practicing planche, handstand and l-sit progressions on pushing days. Front lever, back lever and handstands on pulling days. Human flag, elbow lever, backbridge on legs days... what do you think? is it too much? is it ok? thank you.
Normally I'd say 1 for each muscle group at a time!
