So i was wondering something about the exercise and i was wondering that if i repeat like lets say im doing level 1 for example and i finish my push, pull, legs & core, Do i repeat the whole thing again like 3 or 2 times like 3 cycles of it or just do the whole workout once and im done for that day? Hope someone can respond :)
You don't repeat the whole process again after you have done all reps and sets for each workout recommeded for your current level. Hope it helps.
