i just discovered your videos and also this program a little while ago, and i was wondering how was it different from The System (Bar Brothers Official). Because i really don't know which program should i buy, which is better for me...

I don't know much about their program, but I know it's very different from theirs. Mainly because their program is based one split workouts everyday, and my program is based on full body workouts every second day (like i've always done). I don't want to sound too much like a competitor etc. but i'm actually getting quite many messages saying that they better like my program than the system.. Also i'm trying to be as active as i can in this forum, actually answering people as best i can etc.
