I was wondering that when you get to level 30 obviously im not at the level but when you have completed all the levels what do you do after like do you just do levels 25 to 30 every second day or just do level 30 every second day im just not really sure what i would do after i have completed all the levels. Would love to know the answer :)
when youre at level 30 you have probably been working out for at least 1,5 years. Then you'd be a calisthenics athlete and you won't be in doubt what to do, trust me. Like you can design your own workouts etc. That makes sense to you?
