Hey everyone, im getting alot of clicking and gringing (dont sure its the right spelling) in my elbows and knees and it kind of heart's. So did anyone experienced this before?? If you did then how did you made it go away?? Thanks!👌
Can you express it a bit more? I don't fully understand what you mean by clicking and gringing?
after time he walks his elbow and knees he means
I meant that almost every time im extending my elbows they make a click and a gringing sound (like ckrkrrkkrr). And every time im folding my knees they make a big clicking sound (like when you click your tounge - the same sound but louder). And this both clicking and gringing im my joints make some pain in there. So did anyone experienced this before??
Oh I thought it's that I just wasn't sure.. Well I have experienced the clicking in the joints but without any pain, I don't know what the cause is, I still have it, mostly after a workout that needs the elbows (pull/push).. I am sure it should go away overtime, for now check this: http://totalgymdirect.com/total-gym-blog/lifting-weight-and-clicking-elbow (even though it's for lifting weights according by the link).
if there is any pain while exercising i would recommend to rest. in most cases joints hurt because of overload. another guess would be that your body is not used to the high motion range of some exercises like dips or pistols.
but if you rest and you are still in pain i would see a doctor and would not place reliance on internet advice ;) the ppl mostly mean well for you (so do i) even so they don't know the exact circumstances and are not medically qualified ;)
Yeah experienced the same when i started working out. especially in the shoulder regions. when i rotated my arm it made yeah kind of this clicking sound. it is the irretated tendon but i got it away while doing some light mobility exercise and going ahead with working out. your body is not used to the work outs at the moment but he will progress and these clickng sounds should go away
Well, DEFINATELY warm up good before your workout. Other than that, I guess your body is just getting used to the motions of the exercises. But, if the pain continues, go see a doctor about it. You may have calcium deficiency or something wrong with your joints. Not to scare anyone but it is quite common. But I doubt that you have that, maybe just getting used to the exercises. Or they are overloaded as well. Just be careful and don't injure yourself.
