My Problem is that my bar is to low for front lever raises. Is there a alternative exercise for this one?
You shouldnt do full front lever raises until lv23, but if tucked front lever raises is to easy for you then do advenced tack/ bent legs. Until the time will come to do full front lever, im sure you will find something out. Good luck!
Well how low is it really? I mean you only need it to be around 80 cm or higher, even a bit lower than 80 cm.
He means that its not high enough so he could stand under the bar with straight legs so he cant get to the starting position of the front lever raise.
Oh nevermind my mind processed "raises" as "hold" lol.. Well yea good answer by Yam in that case.. If you're doing full front lever raises maybe start with a bit bent and then extend them fully.
you could also do front lever negatives if there is some space over your bar.
if not try the front lever with a pull up band to support you.
