So i want to share what i accomplish and tell you about my journey. This is going to be like Patrick's thread sorry if its coping but i just really want you brothers to know how i feel about the levels and if i complete them etc.
Level 1: i just started working out today and started doing level 1, it was a little easy at the start but i think the thing that i found most hard about level 1 was doing Regular Push Ups. I could do 2 and half proper sets of push ups with 10 reps in each but after that i could barely do any so i did the other 2 sets on my knees and didn't do the max set because my arms couldn't take it. After that exercise it was still hard but at the end when i had to do a Plank it was really hard, i did 2 sets which is minimum, and did 30 seconds for each it was very hard. I tried my hardest to do all max sets and reps on every exercise, I did max on every exercise but Regular Push ups and Planks. My legs are really saw but my arms dont hurt like a lot just when i put my arms up it feels like there just gonna fall but yeah mostly my legs hurt at the end of the session and a little bit of my arms
So that's my first time doing this program, it is very hard and i know it will get harder along the way but i'm willing to go through with it. I will be writing down every time complete or fail a level and say my thoughts about it. Sorry this was so long just wanted to say how it went with my first workout and thoughts just comment
