Hello every one, is there any exercises that I could do instead of tge tiger bend push ups?? I need an exercise that works the triceps but not an isolation exercise because it hearts my elbow. Thanks!😃👌💪
you can do skull crushers. the higher the platform, the easier it gets. its like a progression for the tiger bend pushup :)
Its not that I cant do a tiger bend push up, I need another exercise because the tiger bend push up is an isolation ecercise for the triceps, and that kind of exercises make my elbow hurt. So I need an exercise that is as hard as tiger bend push ups but I also need that it wont be an isolation exercise like the skull crasher. Thanks!
Maybe bench dips or regular dips? If not, then try handstand tigerbend push-ups.............lol jk. Don't hurt your elbow bro, a tennis elbow is the last thing you want. Rest for a bit on push if you need to. Incline push-ups make the triceps burn a lot as well. Good luck, and don't get injured!!!💪🏼
