Hi guys, I have problem with workout plan. Can I change workout plan? Because I do workout in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday I have football training a Sunday I have football match. I have rest only Saturday. I will have results if I do workout only 3 days in week, or I have training in Saturday too? Thanks for answer.
Yeah of course you can do that! Thats why i made the program as flexible as possible. Programs are never good if they tell you to be too specific. It's about finding your own way! Please check the "16 week workout schedule example" to see how you can change it as you like :)
