So Im training calisthenics on M/W/F and i do kung fu for about 90 min on 2 of my rest days. I do yoga everyday for about 20 min for stretching after my workout or kung fu...calculators give me numbers between 2500-2900 kcal for maintence. Im 186cm tall and i weight 165lb , what do you guys think my maintence should be? Thanks
It depends if you want to lean bulk/dirty bulk/ or cut. So what is it that you would like to do?
