I want to say thank you Christian for being such an inspiration for me and even tough I don't look like you guys yet..........I really don't care. You changed my life.........thank you. I hope I can inspire and motivate some of you guys to never give up and start becoming the best you can be! I used "The System" for the first three months of my transformation and then switched to Calisthenics Unity. By far the best change I've made in fitness. This program really works!!!💪🏼 Salute!!!
