building a home pull up bar

Wassup guys,
So I have a few designs in my mind, but I am asking you all to suggest a pull up bar not a door bar (the one you hang on doors) but a pull up bar that I can do muscle ups and levers that can be inside a home, if anyone has made, one share every offer will be appreciated (DON'T FORGET THE DIMENSIONS TOO) THANKS FAM

O boy. You'll have to look around your house to get a good idea as to where you could build it. I have my as part of my house structure but maybe you can find a bar or some other structure in your house where you could do them. Other than that, find a good place in your house so that you can build it and wait for another response. Maybe someone else can help you. Good luck!

You can buy rings, they are cheap, and also you can make them in any height you want for different exercises, and also you can hang them almost every were. Good luck!!💪

this was already an issue a few days ago.

there are pull up bars you can securely attach to the wall. they look like this:

if you attach it at the height that your knees are just not touching the ground while you are hanging at it you will have enough space to not hit the ceiling when doing a muscle up. of course pull ups and other basic exercises can be done at it too.
i have this bar myself and im doing the muscle ups with my back to the wall because otherwise i would hit the wall while doing the kipping movement.

the cons of this kind of bars are that they are typically really expensive and you have to drill some holes in the wall. but if you have to go to a gym it won't be cheaper ;)

it may not work though if either your ceiling is not as high as mine (2,50 m) or you are as huge as chris ;)

My recommendatibar on is to put one outside: I made one out of 2 3m 40x40mm box lengths, and welded a 39mm (1.5") bar between them at the top. Dropped into the ground and concreted it in. It's just above my fingertips when I stretch up for it.
