Hey,
I started last week with level 1, finished all and continued to Level 2 and then Level 3.
In Level 3 I could not do the push ups 7 seconds hold, and went back to repeat Level 1 yesterday.
I realized that I've gotten pretty sore since I started working out.
I've always had bad neck muscles/ back muscles and a little back pain.
And I think that working out will help me in the long run with my pain.
I tried to do all the exercises in the right angle and position.
Do you do any stretching after the working out, or ever experienced a sore back pain/ neck pain?
