I struggle with squats for some reason. I think its the ankle flexibility or something because i try using my arms for balance but when i get all the way down, I lose balance and kind of fall backwards. I normally just squat but once i come up, I have to move one leg back to maintain my balance. I can do sumo squats fine but regular ones with legs closer together are very hard. Its why I stuggle with pistol squat progressions a lot.
