This is all my situation:
I put everything to buy my program but when i press buy it says this credit card was declined.
why it happens
i have a vanilla credit card
Its that so. In my case i use my debit card and i didnt have any problem.
I'd suggest re-entering the cards details, I always make mistakes.
If you have been using the card online some banks freeze them for numerous hours, say 24 to 48, otherwise you may want to check your limit, you may find you'd need to pay off previous purchases.
