I'm going to a sleep over at my friends house for 3 days, so i don't really know what to do in terms of working out & eating. Thanks in advance.
I guess you have to find out then. Take a break maybe if you feel like that will benefit your health. Just make sure you eat well always :)

You can do bodyweight exercises that might not need pull-bar, for dips you can use 2 Chairs, if they have a near Park maybe do splits: for time wise, or take a rest and have fun.
i see no problem aswell :-) rest the three days if needed or (even better) ask your friends if they want to join your workout ! :-) training in a group is always fun!
Ask ur friends one day if they want to do a short workout not the full one. All mine want to get in shape 2 and r game if I suggest it. if you have a bit of experience it's easy to make a basic workout.
Although resting is 😎 to
