I've been looking at getting a training mask but is it worth it and do they work? Any thoughts

why do you want to buy a training musk? What do you think can you achieve better with a training mask? i read a lot about it on the internet and i would say you can easily divide the opinions in to groups. one swears that the training mask is absolutely money wasting and the other side swears that they improve your workout a lot. but really bro, i think "Normal guys" like you and me, do not need to buy a training mask :-)
Wtf? no.. they don't "work", because they do NOTHING. I very rarely say things with such a tone here, but... only retards use a training mask, there.. I said it. it's a 100% complete waste. They have 0% impact on your training, only thing that could be just slightly possible is that it will restrict you from getting 100% fresh and 100% of the normal amount of air in to your body, because it is proven in scientific experiements that our muscles grow better under the lack of oxygen, but it's not very much (the experiements was NOT done with a mask, but in rooms that literally limited the oxygen), the masks are useless, that is definitely a fact.
