Great work man! Keep it up!

Level 2 completed Yesterday.
I felt so pushed, energetic and not sore though, that I decided that I do level 3 today!
Just finished it :) This time it worked out well with the 7 seconds push ups.. I mean it was difficult but I'm very happy to move on to level 4 :)
Finished Level 4 two days ago :) It was awesome.
I love the Burnout routine.
I got a cold a day ago and have the feeling I should rest today :(
That sucks but I better don't workout today and start with level 2 in two days again
Hey yeah you are right.. I've done the mistake though and went because I was motivated.
In the beginning it was all nice but in the end I got very tired so I stopped. thats okay though.
I'll give my body a good rest and lots of gut nutrients to get energetic again :)
A question about level 5:
When I do exercises which have to do with my wrists I get a little pain in my wrist, like handstands, push ups and sometimes also dips.
Does anybody have the same experience ?
I used to have that in the beginning, but it went away after a month or two. Your muscles and joints will get used to it and will also get stronger. Try stretching them before, in between, and after your workout. BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
Finally I can go working out again.
I had a little cold for 4 days and didn't wanted to overwork my body.
Now I'm back at level 1 :(
Well I am still motivated and will get back in track :)
Finnished level 2 yesterday.
:)
Haven't written in here for a long time.
A few days ago I failed level 6 and I'm currently at level 5 again.
The clap push ups, is that based on wide push ups and than clap the hands or a standard basic push ups and then clap the hands?
With the wide one I can do the claps, the basic makes it very hard for me.
It's wide. Wide clap push-ups per say. Watch Christian do them in the videos. BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!
Thanks a lot Daniel Malo ;)
Just finished level 5 and can't wait to do level 6 again!
