Calisthenics Unity

I really love the Level idea Chris!
But i was wondering why go down 2 levels if you fail one? for example if i do level 5 on monday with no problem, and i go to level 6 and fail it on wednesday, why go down to level 4 on friday if i could just redo level 5? Because ive been noticing for every failed level the program recommends that i go down two levels the next day

So you get more time to build up the strength you need for the level you have failed, and for best variation :)
