HEY
Since i saw the first Video from chris i was motivated as hell but with the time i lost motivation more and more...
I though that is because of the failing but i moved back so much times to move forwards to the heavy levels. January 6th 2016 i started wirh lvl 5 and moved on and on. The first half year i was not eating enouh and correctly, so my gains wasnt that good. With the time i started to eat more and healthier. I got some gains but for me it wasnt that i excepted and keept going. Since the beginning more than 1 year passed and im still in better shape but im not satisfied. The biggest problems are the much failings. I moved back but the exercises are not a little bit easier as before. At the moment im desperately as f*ck and started thinking about to buy a gym membership because in future i wont failing with the whole levels.

Chill bro. First thing: think of a transformation in years, not just one year but many years. There's no need to be discouraged, everyone progresses differently. If you quit you will never be able to do the exercises. And the gym strength is different than calisthenics strength in a sense. It is okay, I'm upset too, I still cannot do the regular muscle up after half a year, almost 7 months of hard training, yes I'm extremely upset but I don't let stress overcome my goal. The thing is it doesn't matter how long it takes, remember that. Now for me, I know my reason, I am heavy weight (both muscle but also fat leftover and heavy bones), it just makes calisthenics that much harder, BUT it's not an excuse bro. I know how frustrating it gets, you're doing everything right both in nutrition and workout part but it just doesn't get better, or it's little-to-no change, but you gotta push through that, give it an extra rep, an extra nutrition work. What levels/exercises do you have problems on?
On lvl 15. The main problem are the muscle ups ( i moved 2 times back and completed the max set of lvl 13) and the one arm chin ups. I would say arent the nutrition, but its wired that i gain 3 kilos in 2 months

Hey, many people can't do muscle ups. Always find a way to comfort yourself instead of making yourself feel down. You gotta struggle to succeed, it's a part of succeeding. It's not an easy exercise to do bro, I struggle with it. It will get better just keep pushing. Also you could do your max at muscle ups on lvl 15, the minimum reps is 4, let's say you do 3, you can finish it with a negative muscle up, or some similar movement to the muscle up that works the same muscles. Also, the jump from 16 muscle ups at level 13 to 48 muscle ups in level 15 is a lot, but you will get it!
Like Gligor said, don't give up and keep trying harder. I suffered from the same thing bro. I lost motivation because I wasn't like Chris or Daniel at the end of my year. But then I said to myself.............Fuck That Sh;t! I don't care if I'm not like them. You can't be like them or like anybody! You can only be better than yourself! And that's what's important! The muscle up is an exercise that many people can't do..............and honestly.........don't need! You don't need to do muscle ups to gain size and strength! You can't do muscle ups? That's fine! Do explosive pull-ups and straight bar dips, it's basically the same thing, the muscle up will come, in time. Just keep going bro! Don't worry and don't quit! Improve your nutrition and consistency! You'll get better, that, I can promise you. And if I can be of any help, check my 1 year transformation with calisthenics. This is the only reason I did this video, so that I can serve as motivation for others. Good luck!
