I don't want to seem Impatient or anything but approximately how long would it take to learn a front lever or one arm pull-up if you already had a good base of strength? If Chris, you see this how long did it take you to learn these skills? Thanks a lot everyone for your help
I'd say at least a year AFTER mastering the basics, key word: At least. That's just my opinion.
It depends, it can take 6 month for some (very good genetics, and were able to learn the exercises fast) and it can take 3 years for others (poor genetics and have a hard time learning new exercises) , if you want to make sure you can get there as fast as possible just make sure you work hard, keep good form and eat right.
Correct! Forgot to add that, thanks for implying that. Not everyone progresses the same. And not every body is the same, people with more bodyweight and height usually have a harder time with calisthenics, so it will take longer, but it's not an excuse.
Ifs say 2 years for most "average" people. I wouldn't consider Chris to be average, his genetics are sick! But yea, the muscle should be in your bag of tricks about 1 year into training. The rest, from 1-2 years of training. Hope I helped, good luck!
