Hi Chris really glad to have bought this plan its seems to be as simple and awesome as i wanted, Well a few questions before i start my plan,
1. The concept of pull/push/legs/core..so are these supersets like for eg iam doin level 1-am i suppose to do pullups negatives and australian pull ups one aftr the other like super sets or 1st i finish 2-4 sets of pull negatives and the do australian pul ups
and similarly is it a cycle of pull/push/legs/core one time then again pull/push/leg/core 2nd set or i have to finish pull 1st then push and so on
2. the 16week program :- Since i have not completed any level just want to understand suppose iam doin level 1 on day 1 and i fail..am i suppose to just keep tryn level 1 till i succeed or i go on to level 2 the next workout day...
