Has anyone got any tips on improving chest muscle?
Flex on every rep, do slow negatives, (3 sec down, 1 sec up), and just keep on training, your chest will grow with time
Like yam said, mind to muscle(flexing the chest) is imperative for estimulated muscle growth. Isometrics can also help with chest growth. Do slow chest dips and straight bar dips as you go down and explode as you come up. Crucifix push-ups can also help. Other than that, just keep working and results will come. Don't give up!
I have done 300 diamond pushups pyramid style (1-10,10-1×3) and have seen a great result in increase muscle mass,endurance and overall strenght.just remember this is a great thecnique,but your body will catch on and realize you're doing the same thing,so try for variouse other chest exercises.p.s thank you guys for helping realize that i really love working out ive broken out of bad habits and have since been packing gains again.salute
