Hi everyone, when I lean bulk my abs seem to bloat?! When I breathe in only slightly they are very visible and blocky but when I completely relax they are very faint and my stomach goes out? Any help???
Just start a diet, eat only 80% of your daily colories burned, and make sure youre eating 1.5g of protein for each kg of body weight, good luck
If you're an ectomorph don't cut, in other words, don't go into a caloric deficit if you want to gain muscle and strength. Don't eat crap, bad fats and sugars, and fix your posture. I suffer from the same thing. When I flex my abs like ripped and big, but when I let go they go out. Check Athlean X on YouTube. They have several suggestion and tips for fixing this problem.
