i don't know what to do about this belly fat this restricts me from getting a strong core but i don't have much.if i workout my abs i don't know what happens only 2packs r getting toned n r visible.someone pls help me
Just start a diet, eat only 80% of your daily colories burned, and make sure youre eating 1.5g of protein for each kg of body weight, good luck

It's not exercises that will help you see your abs more, although I do recommend doing leg raises. It's losing fat, you can have a defined core even if it's not strong.
