Is it Normal to have the same workout for a couple of days then change or do most have a varied session every time?. I have a different session every time but wondered if it would be if it being on a specific workout multiple times?

I'd recommend switching it up once in a while. Definitely don't do the same workout for more than twice a week, and that's a lot. Your body is smart, maybe too smart. It gets used to the movement so you gotta mix it up. Muscle confusion, different exercises=different movements. Applying isometrics into your trading is a great way of performing muscle confusion and will further improve muscle growth. I highly recommend it. Good luck!
