Everytime i go to do my 3 sets of 12 dips i feel a lot of pain on the collarbone after each set, not while doing them. Mostly the pain is on the left area, is this a shoulder joint weakness?

It could be. I suggest you build more fundamental strength with the push up before doing dips. Also it could be because you don't control your shoulder blades properly. I talk about that in the dips tutorial so please watch that again! :)
