I wish i gained weight without doing anything.. i am skinny .. Derpp
The initial gains may have been "newby gains" - intense work outs and stuffing my face. But that has stopped; i also have to time my work out times very carefully otherwise i get tachycardia from the combination of meds (soon to be adding more) -> eventually leads to passing out.
I have also had to slow down due my body falling apart from these exercises.. But i am persistent and had to try include stretching in place of cardio warm up exercises
In regards to what i cannot eat! well that changes quicker than the seasons change - if i was too listen to the doctor... ; So i have lost all faith in the medical fraternity (besides one specialist) and rely on my own doing for most part and consult with him - getting far better results.
I am in the process of removing most things from my diet - I will need to start re-introducing certain food type slowly and see the reaction. if that is positive or not i still have to purge those and try another food group.
In the end i will have a record of food groups that benefit me and i will be able to keep my gains.. usually i gain weight. Lose 10-12 Kgs the moment i get bed ridden for a few days. This usually defeats me. So i refrain from contact with others and will not even train in public places.
Just to get your head around my situation.. I cannot eat most fruits; I get more pain from high sugary fruits than a full work out.
I don't expect people to understand.. Hence why i ask if people could please post a few of their daily dietary intakes.. As i need to research the pros and cons of each ingredient.
** Diabetes? ever heard of type 3? they believe to be caused by the body becoming insulin resistant - The Doctors have a wait and see approach to medicine here.. **
