Could some of the seniors - including Chris please provide a few sample daily dietary plans they live by.

I know there are a couple videos; but i wish to have them in written format. (my main reason for joining this forum)

I am an Ectomorph 6'4'' with underlying health issues. Which as i unravel these; i seem to be gaining weight - i gained 10 Kgs in the initial 4 weeks.. But now i cannot gain anymore no matter how hard i try.

Maintaining an adequate diet is hard for me; as many foods i cannot eat and my eating habits are jepodized by the amount of medication i eat, as they are a meal in themselves.

if you gain weight without doing anything means that you have diabetes ask your parents if anyone has diabetes because it can get passed down to you if your parents have it.

For us to help produce an accurate meal plan for you, you need to tell us which foods you cannot eat. After that, we will be able to help you with efficiency.

The initial gains may have been "newby gains" - intense work outs and stuffing my face. But that has stopped; i also have to time my work out times very carefully otherwise i get tachycardia from the combination of meds (soon to be adding more) -> eventually leads to passing out.

I have also had to slow down due my body falling apart from these exercises.. But i am persistent and had to try include stretching in place of cardio warm up exercises

In regards to what i cannot eat! well that changes quicker than the seasons change - if i was too listen to the doctor... ; So i have lost all faith in the medical fraternity (besides one specialist) and rely on my own doing for most part and consult with him - getting far better results.

I am in the process of removing most things from my diet - I will need to start re-introducing certain food type slowly and see the reaction. if that is positive or not i still have to purge those and try another food group.

In the end i will have a record of food groups that benefit me and i will be able to keep my gains.. usually i gain weight. Lose 10-12 Kgs the moment i get bed ridden for a few days. This usually defeats me. So i refrain from contact with others and will not even train in public places.

Just to get your head around my situation.. I cannot eat most fruits; I get more pain from high sugary fruits than a full work out.

I don't expect people to understand.. Hence why i ask if people could please post a few of their daily dietary intakes.. As i need to research the pros and cons of each ingredient.

Well I'll tell you my daily food intake.
I wake up, maybe fast a little more, but my breakfast is initially:
A can of tuna (150g) + just a tiny bit of ketchup for better taste, most times I skip the ketchup.
Oats (80-100g) + milk (around 200ml) - although sometimes I just eat fruit or another carb source instead of this.
All that turns to around 60g carbs, 70g protein, and the minimal fat from the milk & tuna (10-15 grams), yeah quite a lot of nutrients.
Lunch is whatever my mom cooks, usually consists of meat and some recipes she makes. I don't know the nutrients here because it's not always the same lunch.
And then dinner I have cottage cheese (250g) with either eggs or ham or a banana mixed together (for example cottage cheese + mashed banana, or cottage cheese mixed with ham slices). This turns out to be around 35-60g protein, 10g carbs (depending if I put banana, it's 40g carbs), and I don't know how much fat, the cheese is minimal fat and the ham is lean cuts.
And throughout the day I have nuts and fruits, like at school I get a fruit. But since you can't eat fruits I don't know, maybe switch it for vegetables.
... That's pretty much it.

60 gr oats or 100gr / If 60gr oats with 40 gr another cereal 250ml milk and maybe one slice of oat bread
125 gr of bread with 60 gr tuna (or eggs) or another meal with similar nutritional value and almonds
100 gr pasta 100gr meat ( turkey, chicken, etc...) vegetables and apple ( pre workout)
Banana Post workout and after 100 gr pasta and 80 gr meat ( turkey, chicken, etc...)
50 gr pasta or potatoes, vegetables, and meat or fish
Sometimes no meal similar to skyr and nuts after sleep
Aprox 2800 cal
It can change depending on the day.

I have gained 1.5 kgs since posting this - i was unable to come back to forums sooner.

I have gained 11.5 Kgs thus far - If i can gain another 11.5 i will be stoked.

My body is now starting to transform in front of my eyes - reps are becoming addictive rather than a chore.

I had to condition my body as it was worn from previous hard work and then 1.5 years of malaise and lack of movement.

I purchased a 'curl' bar and with that & body weight i am seeing great progress. Many a times we start with a lot of motivation we try incorporate many types of exercises and quickly lose motivation.

This time i started with one exercise 3 times a day. slowly adding more and more exercises on top of the previous fundamental exercises. I would suggest this to anyone struggling.

Things that come fast are lost fast - Things that take time are generally long term.

With that in mind - take your time and slowly introduce `1 or so exercises every week.. initially i found i didn't have the core strength for particular exercises - even bar curls.. but now i find it easier and adding more and more weight. I surprise myself.

I need to focus on my eating.. but for now i am just pleased with the fact i am eating and gaining weight

Well.. here comes my first major injury. I have pre-existing illness whereby all of my tendons are inflamed and as a result to short.. so any extended movement is very painful.

I have torn a tendon in my Bicep.. see image below \/

Not as severe; but very close.. i can attribute this to doing "explosive" exercises - that is fast repetition and quickly..(with the main focus on form)

As other have suggested explosive exercises are essential to being able to do well formed muscle ups..

My body is terrible.. on a good day i move like a pensioner. On a bad day i don't move at all. Though calisthenics has started to give me form; more movement and mostly discipline, that i have lose from being sick for so long.

I will not go back to the drawing board; as to more appropriate exercise.
